ATT 3B2 Memory Boards

Folks:
We have just become the proud owners of 12 ATT 3B2 4Mbyte memory
boards (they're coming out of 500s...)  The question I have is,
are these worth anything?  More specifically, is anyone interested
in shelling out around a thousand bucks for one?  We also might
be interested in trading for equipment.
