6386 WGS

I am considering purchasing a 6386 WGS.  In the first brochure
I recieved from AT&T, on the technical specifications page it
mentioned that this machine was a 16MHZ machine and the 6386E
(tower model) was 20MHZ.  Just the other day I recieved another
brochure identical to the first except that now it says the 6386 & 6386E
are both 20MHZ.  I spoke with a couple of VARs and they told me that
the 20MHZ desk model is unavailable but would become available in
September. 

1. Does anyone know what the price difference (if any) for 20MHZ
   desk model will be?

2. If I purchase a 16MHZ desk model can it be upgraded to a 20MHZ
   by swapping the CPU?

3. Should I wait for the 20MHZ desk model?
