OS 3.51 for UNIX-PC

We have one of the earliest models of the unix-pc (later called 3b1?).
The OS on it is quite old (3.0 or something).  We have tried in 
vain to get an upgrade from AT&T.  I was told by someone that since we
had registered our machine, AT&T should automatically send the info
on how to get 3.51.  Could someone help me get the latest version of
the system and utility upgrade from AT&T?  Please mail to
