My experience matches both Len's and Pete's. I did subscribe to _3B Journal_
last year, received a total of 2 issues the entire time. I called numerous
times and email'd to the attmail address. I received a letter saying that
Owens Publications was moving, and they had some problems getting the issues
out. They would extend the subscription accordingly. I waited 6 more months
and still got nothing. I then sent a formal complaint to the company and
a month later received my $25.00 back in the mail. It just seemed I was
financing their move, and received nothing. I wouldn't have minded the $5.00
an issue, but there wasn't anything worth reading anyhow (that I couldn't have
gotten faster from AT&T or the net).

Get your money back fast! Before this fly-by-night company rips off more
people like us!
