unix-pc spreadsheet (sc) wanted

I am posting this question for a colleague, please send replies

Has anyone been able to get the public domain spreadsheet program
"sc" to work on their 7300?  I have been unable to generate a
"makefile" that can find everything.  Instructions (for a non-expert)
would be greatly appreciated.
