SCSI (Hitachi) on 3B2, info wanted.

We need some technical info, to install a 380Mbyte Hitachi SCSI disk
on our 3B2-400. 

Unfortunately we dont have a productspecification, and we're unable to
obtain it from our vendor.

The SCSI-disk is a: HITACHI DK514C . We need the parameters for the
two commands:
		Format Unit Command (04H)
	
		Mode Sense Command  (1AH)
