Looking for cheap upgrade to 3.51 (for 3b1)

Anybody have a line on what company has the cheapest upgrade to 3.51?

I've finally given in, and decided to go up from 3.0.

I need the Foundation Set and the Development Kit.
If any of the following are different, I guess I'd have to upgrade them
as well

VDI Library
DOS-73 Coprocessor Board (from Alloy)
EIA-RAM Expansion Board, and
RM-Cobol.

Email, I'll summarize if there's any interest.

(Ya know, I kinda like being the only bone-head with 3.0.  I think I have
a copy of 2.0 somewhere around here, maybe I should use that. :-)
