1.44 meg on 6310

I have an ATT 6310.  There is no option in the setup disk to designate
my second drive as a 1.44 meg unit.  Is there a ROM and/or disk for
this?

Under SCO Xenix 286, I can format to 1.2 meg (on 3.5 disks) but not
to 1.44 (no /dev/* for such).  Presumably I need a new driver from
SCO.  Does Xenix pay any attention to the ROM configuration info?
