I ordered the AT&T VAR/ISV toolkit (sorry, don't have a COMCODE handy),
and received: Costs roughly $300-350...

	Software:
	o KornShell (KSH-88) (binary only)
o Data Reformatters (a bunch of routines to convert different formats
to other formats, ie. DIF to LOTUS-1-2-3, DbaseII to DbaseIII,
	     etc..)
	Documentation:
	o The KornShell manual
	o The Data Reformatters Manual
o Simultask/386 Device Driver Access Manual (DDA)
o Integrated Software Development Guide (ISDG)
This includes discussions on things like:
Porting, Writing Device Drivers, Making Installable Packages,
	      etc...

Looks good! Just to have ksh, it's worth it!
