I bought a 7300 at the Vartech fire sale last year, and it's floppy also
has a spring eject.  Perhaps this was not a difference between them as much
as a design change. 

The floppy disk is in a rather awkward position, and the spring eject
is a very welcome feature.  I wish my older 7300 also had it.
