ANSI C for the 386

AT&T has released C Issue 5 -- an ANSI compiler -- for the
386, and it requires System V Release 3.2.2 to run. To those
of you who have 3.2.1 and think you will just try it to see
how it goes (say, to play with lint for a while): don't.
They are ELF binaries and *nothing* runs on 3.2.1.
