Well, I am writting this from a 730 with 4 meg of ram, connected by Starlan 10
to a large pool of 3b2's. We have used both the 630 and 730 terminals for
our software platform. Upgrading to a 730 won't break your 630 apps, but
the key mapping changes. There is a key replacement kit available to put the
right keys in the right place. The 730 can take a cartridge in the game slot
to make it into an OK X terminal, but the 630 can't. Changes in the tli code 
in the rom is why.

I personally would keep the 630.
