Video output reconfiguration on an Iris 4D/60T?

Is there any way to reconfigure (in software) the video output
timing signals from an Iris 4D/60T?  In particular, I'd like
to be able to produce a 640 by 484 interlaced timed (not encoded)
signal (RS-170-A).  Thanks.
