TeX/Metafont source distribution.

The TeX/Metafont source distribution on neat.cs.utoronto.ca (128.100.1.65)
announced here a few weeks back has been revised and now compiles and installs
without hassles on Irix 3.1G, Ultrix 3.1, Ultrix 3.2, SunOS 3.5 and 4.0, and
BSD 4.2 and 4.3.  Various wrinkles have been ironed out since the previous
release (which were mostly due to the fact that some licensed software had
to be omitted when building the distribution, breaking some Makefiles).

Please retrieve pub/tex.README first, read it, and only retrieve the
pub/tex.tar.Z.* files if you intend to use them, as our Internet connection
has finite bandwidth.  If you retrieved the old distribution and ran into
problems, please try again; you should have better luck this time.
