X11R[34] for Iris 3030?

We have an old Iris 3030 running Unix 3.1 (before they called it
IRIX).  We'd like to get X11 for it.  Has either R3 or R4 been ported
to such a system?  We're interested in both client and server, but
more interested in the server.  Any help/pointers greatly appreciated.
