I hate to tell you this, but as I said before, the Tek 4693 is NOT SUPPORTED
on the 3000 by the Product Support Group. When I say "supported", I mean
that telephone support is available through the regular 800 number. You may
have purchased a driver from a Consulting group, modified your own mkcentpr
program, and run it yourself. I'm sure that the Consulting group that sold you
the driver supports it in some way, but there was no "released version" of 4693
for the 3000's.

Take a look at the /usr/spool/lp/etc/util/mkcentpr program. It shows the only
"supported" parallel printers (with drivers). They include the Tek 4692, the
Mitsubishi G500, a Seiko 5312, and a (rarely used) Versatec ECP-42. If you
have any references to a Tek 4693, check your tape archives for a Part Number.
I would guess that it came from a Consulting group and you had to purchase it.
