We are running a 4D/240s under 3.2.1 and have observed the following
phenomenon:

When the machine is idle or lightly loaded it displays large % of wio.
for example here is a sar output which I did a few minutes ago.

Notice the drop between 8:20 and 8:40. This coincides with cleaning up logins
that have been left over from the previous day. This seems significant.

We have asked the local SGI agents about this and they have not come up with
any explanation.

Any ideas? We are not certain if this is a problem or not. We have observed
that poor performance during the day is also linked with high wio figures but
are wondering if these are as spurious as the overnight ones.
