Drawing programs

Does anyone know of a drawing package for the 4D's that is
specifically set up for drawing chemical structures, or something that
could be easily adapted for such a purpose.  A generic CAD package
would be OK if it were cheap/free, this unfortunately rules out stuff
like AutoCad.  I am not opposed to paying for a good program, a figure
in the $ 100's as opposed to the $ 1000's seems appealing. Something
similar to the ChemDraw program for Macs would be ideal.

If there is sufficient response I will summarize.
