GKS and binary encoded CGM's

Posted for a colleague at these labs:

"Is there a GKS package on SG's which directly supports the binary encoded
Computer graphics Metafile (CGM) ie. allows binary CGM's to be created (as well
as being read).

The GKS is also required to support the cell array primitive."
