Why was mail_bsd(1) changed?

3.3.2 has fixes for many things, including many man pages.  The 3.3.2 man
page seems to correctly describe the SGI Mail r* commands.  Even the help
text in 3.3.2 Mail mentions ra.  Please let us know if the newer text is
still wrong.
