Is there a tool take take an image captured from the screen using icut
which will allow it to be translated to PostScript?

The printer we have (Seiko Color Printer, labeled as Silicon Graphics)
takes these images directly.

It would be useful to be able to move these images to a system which
supports black, red, green, and blue. Also to be able to translate as
black background image to a black and white image with a white
background.

Thanks in Advance.
