TeX 3.0 is busted, get 3.1

Get 3.1. 
It works. 3.0 is badly busted. I had the same problem.

I had a little tweaking to do. If you want my installation,
I will send it to you. 

I made a courtsey donation to the U of Washington
instead of the distribution fee when I get my copy from colleague.

Has anyone got a working PixTeX for sgi ?
