A hack (like me) would `grep 69 /usr/include/sys/errno.h` and apply
imagination, experience, and perhaps some fine manual to the result.

They're PID's of sendmail's tho not necessarily children of the
sendmail running with '-bd -q15m'.   Think of UUCP and of out going mail.

If you really care about this stuff, read the sendmail documentation we
ship.  Unhappily, it's the best you can get, straight from Dr. Sendmail
himself.  Be warned that sendmail.cf is known to cause early onset
Alzhiemer's in 37% of those exposed.
