Lighting on Powervision

I have some problems with the lighting on the Silicon Graphics PowerVision.
Our software runs fine on Personal Iris and 80GT machines, but when we run it 
on our 240 VGX the lights seems to be at a wrong position in space. It is
especially obvious with spot aiming at wrong directions. 

Anybody's got an idea. Thanks
