Spaceball integration code needs Eulers...

I am trying to use the sbinteg.c file that is distributed
with the Spaceball gizmo.

However, the integration file that provides a uniform user
and program interface is not finished. If you define EULER to get
access to the EULER angle operations, it does not compile.

Has anyone out there, or in sgi, or at Spatial Systems
have a finished sbinteg.c file ?

Also, I want to access the
spaceball outside of any graphics operations,
now through the input queue. Is there any code to directly
read the spaceball io stream directly ? I want to put
it in a separate non graphics thread, hence no graphics.

What is the native data mode for rotations from
the Spaceball ? Are they direction cosines ?
Quaternions ? Eventually I would like to make
a driver for the Spaceball that would work with the
3space gizmo that is also a lot of fun...

Cheers!
