IRIS 4D/60 Question

Hi

I'm not a SGI user but I've been offered a used IRIS 4D/60 with
two 170Mbytes disks and Ethernet card, I don't have other information.
The price is about $12000. I don't have any special graphical
application to run, it would be used as a Unix box with a decent
disk compare to the Sparcstation I'm currently using.

Can some SGI user send me some info on this machine and if it's
worth the price i've been asked.
