not only is the chess binary missing in the 4.0 distribution, but running the 3.? chess binary and/or the latest gnuchess binary underneath chesstool doesn't work either. chesstool just locks up. does the gnuchess patch file on titan.rice.edu have anything to do with this? steve elias (eli at spdcc.com)
