New backup/restore program for exabytes

An initial release of super-saver is available via anonymous ftp from
ics.uci.edu (128.195.0.1, soon to be 128.195.1.1) in pub/ss.tar.Z.  Super
saver is a backup/restore program that allows a machine with an exabyte
tape drive to be a backup server for a network of machines.  The code
accesses all files through normal unix system calls, and can therefore be
used without shutting down machines or limiting disk activity.  The code
is close to the final version, but still lacks some capabilities including
an interactive restore.
