No.  It's a limitation on the 3/2xx series.  Dunno about the 4xx series.
I don't think you can put more than 4 8M boards in either.  Another
limitation.  Dunno if its the backplane or what that is the limiting factor.
If the MC68030 can handle it it would make sense that upgrade could.
We were wanting it for our 3/260's.  Not enough slots!
