new version of pick - source

[Bill Selig - SysAdmin]

Please find enclosed version 2.2 of pick, a window based file picker with
enhanced features, to *REPLACE* the current version in the archives. I
have done various code cleanups and fixed a problem that causes things to
hang if one improperly exits edit or view windows.  Thanks to J. Holzfuss
for pointing out this problem (Actually, I knew about it. His query
prompted me to finally deal with it.)

Special mention goes the the Saber-Software folks. Their development
environment, Saber-C, was extremely useful in doing the code cleanups.
(No relation, just a satisfied demo user. So satisfied that I'm buying the
product - I hope.)

As always, comments, bug/feature reports and suggested improvements are
requested.
