extract_unbundled skeleton available?

We were considering using Sun's extract_unbundled to allow users to easily
install our software.  I have read here that a skeleton extract_unbundled
is available somewhere, possibly from sun.  Does anyone have information
about this?  Please respond to my net address and I'll summarize as
always.
