Change in Source Distribution Policy

As of this issue, the Sunspots digest will no longer distribute source code
to all readers of the digest. The 'Source' supplements will now contain
only a short description of source offerings. This source code will be
made available by anonymous FTP from titan.rice.edu. In the near future,
a directory of source will be made available on titan.rice.edu (and may
also be periodically sent out in digest form, depending on length).

For the moment, all source offerings are available from titan.rice.edu
(128.42.1.30) in the directory 'sun-source'. In general, offerings will be
tested for compilability, but the original author will be the final
resort for bug reports.

As always, prior issues of the Sunspots digest will be made available in
the 'sun-spots' directory for anonymous FTP from titan.rice.edu.

As always, I would love to hear any and all comments on this policy for
making source available.
