9 Track Tape Drive Info Wanted

We are moving from a Vax 8600 running Sys V R2 V2 to Sun Microsystems
workstations.  All backups on the Vax were done via cpio/afio to 9 track
tape.  For obvious reasons, it would be nice to be able to read those
tapes if needed on the Suns.  What 9 track tape drives are available for
Suns?  Price range?  Reliable?  Special drivers needed?

I dont know if sun's cpio will read sysv cpio tapes, but the afio tapes
should be ok.  Dont have Suns here yet, so cannot test this.  Any comments
on this?
