Has anyone seen anything like this before?

I am "restore"ing /usr, (approximately 200Mb) from a 9 track tape (6250
bpi, built in on the 4/390), back onto partition g of IPI disk 0 of a
4/390. The 390 is currently booted off the miniroot on the swap partition
(size 64 MB). The 4/390 has 32 MB of main memory. Thing is, the 390 has
een "restore"ing for the last 35 minutes, and it is only half done!
Booting off the miniroot cant cause SUCH a decrement in performance, can
it???

Any insight, confirmation, or corrections are appreciated

P.S. Its booted off the miniroot cos I just repartitioned the 390.
