I'm out running around

We've also run into the problem of the string "I'm out running around"
overwriting random files.

First, the string is generated by the utility 'calentool' and is placed in
a file named '.msgrc' in users' using the utility home directory. The
string is used by calentool as an indication that there are no current
appointments scheduled or something to that effect.

The files which seem to be replaced by a file holding this string are not
really corrupted and unmounting and remounting the file system always
returns the original contents of the file.

According to Sun in France, the bug has to do with 'memory allocation
during interupts which results in inode/vnode pointing to wrong file'.
The bug number they gave me was 1026933.

I'm not sure why it's mostly (but not always) the file .msgrc that
`overwrites` other files.

According to Sun this problem is solved in SunOs 4.1. We've just started
testing 4.1 so no data on that yet.
