WANTED: patch for sun4 "BAD TRAP" crash

One of our Sun 4/280's crashes periodically with the error message: BAD
TRAP.  I remember seeing a message posted on this group some time ago
saying that there was a patch available for this bug and can be ftped from
some where.  Unfortunately I did not save that message. Could some body
please give me some information about that patch?
