OpenWindows bugs ???

I have just heard about some "major" bugs in Sun's OpenWindows product.
The bug numbers are 1045650, 1045652 and 1045911. How can I get a listing
of these bug descriptions? I've also heard that these bugs won't be fixed
until the next release of OpenWindows (in July '91). Does anyone out there
know anything about this?
