How is the NFS JUMBO patch?

We have the "Nfs Jumbo Patch #100091-02" from Sun -- Before we go ahead
and install it, we want to make sure there aren't any negative side
effects.  Are you running systems with this patch set installed?  If so,
have you had any nfs-related problems since installing the patch?

System Configurations:

3/280's 16mb
3/480's 32mb
3/60's 8mb
3/150's 8mb

The 3/280's and 3/480's are nfs servers for about 100 386i systems and the
3/60 and 3/150 machines.  The 386i systems are running 4.0.2 and the Sun/3
systems are running 4.0.3.
