Mouse setting on open look

I am running Sun's Openwindows ver2.0 on a sun 3/60 running SunOS 4.1.1,
and my question is how can I adjust the mouse sensitivity?

Currently my mouse has to travel across the whole pad to get the cursor
3/4 across the screen.
