Gnu Emacs and OpenWindows

I didn't compile with HAVE_X_MENU but I did compile with HAVE_X_WINDOWS
(or whatever it is) and I had the same problem with a different header
file. To get around it I commented out the line in the header file which
#included X11/X10.h. Everything seems to be working OK.
