RCS for SunOS 4.1?

Assuming you have RCS 4.2 or 4.3, see the comments about SIGNAL_TYPE in
rcs/src/Makefile.  On a Sun, edit the makefile to let SIGNAL_TYPE=void.

RCS 5 will figure out SIGNAL_TYPE on its own, thank goodness.
