Desparately Seeking UIMS

We're currently looking to replace our UIMS which we're using in the
development of a communications network design toolset.  What I would like
to know is, what UIMS are there currently on the market.  We have the
following requirements on a UIMS :

1) Must run with SUNOS 4.0.3 or higher on Sun 3. Sun4 (and SS possibly)
2) Must run with X11R4

The ability to run on other workstations would be a benefit.

3) It needs to allow us to tailor our own menus, preferably set up screen
   formats interactively, i.e. provide an interface builder.
4) We need to be able to pull in images of networked objects and
   manipulate these objects.  This gives rise to the need for the ability to
   provide high level graphical routines.
5) We want to be able to highlight, change colour, move objects and so on.
6) The UIMS should be supported, preferably be a marketplace product but
   others can be considered.

These are some of our requirements.  What I'd like to know is what is
currently available
