Voice output

  Can someone recommend a voice synthesis product which can be attached
to PC or Sun which will do a reasonable job of taking text and turning
it into inteligible voice? We know about products which store digitized
voice, but having dozens of readers is not possible for this
application, which has a lot of data, a lot of changes, and a high need
for fast turnover of the data.
