Openwindows uses a selection service called sv_xv_sel_svc. Wingz requires the old sunview selection_svc (/bin/sunview1/selection_svc) to be running. Before starting wingz, be sure a copy of the old selection_svc is running. I edited the wingz startup script to check for selection_svc and start one if it's not there. - Alan Snyder
