What does this have to do with comp.unix.admin? Try
news.newusers.questions, news.misc or news.admin, especially if you're looking
for some sort of feature to do this that is built into the news server
software.
You could run rn in batch mode at night in a cron job and have it mail new
articles in a particular newsgroup to you. You could probably use the
recently posted rkive software (see comp.sources.misc archives) to write a
shell script to do it more efficiently than rn.
