How to change cursor style in aix 1.2 PS/2?

I thought a posting might help more people than email, so here goes:

There is an escape sequence that will change the style of the cursor on
an HFT:

  \033[x\000\000\000\014\002\010\002\000\000\00n
				               ^
					(where 'n' is:)
	0 - No cursor
	1 - Underline
	2 - Fat underline
	3 - Lower half block
	4 - Fat hyphen
	5 - Full block
