Need VTxxx emulator for IBM RS6000

I am looking for a VTxxx terminal emulator for the IBM RS6000 workstation.  The
functionality I am looking for is the ability to map the special function keys
to the RS6000 keyboard.  This mapping is preferably user-definable.
