Wanted BSC (bisync) for RS/6k

Does anyone know of a package (or has a debugged, working chunk of
code) that does an emulation of polled bi-sync 327x control unit. (BSC3
to yee olde BTAM experts :-) ) using mpioctl with the Multiprotocol
(MPQP) device handler .
