Why OpenWindows instead of Motif ?

It's simple: because Motif sucks big time.

We have Sun-2s running OpenLook and RS/6000s running Motif.  With the
exception of one of the people who paid for an RS/6000, our entire
department likes OL *much* better.

So there, nyah.
