Thanks for help with nroff -ms

I want to thank all the people who pointed out to me the obvious fact that
A/UX 1.0 doesn't include the ms macro package (README file?  Oh ya...).  I
also want to thank all the kind Apple people who sent me messages that
basically said that even though they WANTED to include ms, deadlines and such
prevented them from doing so.  After following the advice of several people,
I think I'll get by until A/UX 1.1 :-).  Oh and by the way, the man macro
package does an acceptable job of turning .ms files into something readable.
